The New Eight Leaders of the Bocconi Alumni Community

A changing of the guard for the Chapters of Ancona, Bari, Bergamo, Bologna, Miami, New York and Vienna, and the Fashion Luxury Design Topic Group.

The Bocconi Alumni Community warmly welcomes Giorgia Massaro, Nicola Poliseno, Marco Cortinovis, Cecilia Gozzoli, Francesca Rossi, Francesca Coloni, Andrea Graf-Marschallek and Chiara Berlendi – eight new Leaders ready to embark on an incredibly motivating journey as new ambassadors of the Community, in Italy and around the world. 

Let's get to know them better:

GIORGIA MASSARO
Ancona Chapter

• Commercial and Corporate Lawyer I Partner, Dolci Cerreta Massaro STP
• Law, 2010

Team Member since 2015, Giorgia has played a leading role in the organization of the Chapter's events over the years, supporting them with great enthusiasm and energy. She now takes up the challenge of leading the Ancona Chapter, hoping to widely cover the entire Marche region with a mobile program. During her mandate, she wishes to enhance the territory’s specialties and focus on issues related to women's leadership and sports.

NICOLA POLISENO
Bari Chapter

• Accounting, Financial Management and Control, 2012

Previously active within student associations during his studies, Nicola over the years has actively participated in the initiatives of the Bari Chapter.
He is particularly motivated by the Chapter involvement of young Alumni, who recently have joined the team, and now aspires to revive local activities and expand the base of engaged Alumni.
In addition, as new Leader, he wishes to propose a varied offer in terms of networking and thematic events of interest for the local area.

MARCO CORTINOVIS
Bergamo Chapter

• Economics of Public Administration and International Institutions, 2002

Self-starter and enthusiastic Alumnus, over the years Marco has demonstrated his strong bond with the Community. He has participated in its initiatives and in the events of not only the Bergamo Chapter, but also that of São Paulo during his time in Brazil. He has several goals in mind for his mandate as Leader: to relaunch the Chapter’s activities, broaden its local participation base, and develop a diversified offer focused on lifelong learning, career advice and leisure activities.

CECILIA GOZZOLI 
Bologna Chapter

• Solicitor, Lawyer and Owner of the English law firm, Cecilia Gozzoli Solicitors
• Law, 2003

Cecilia is among the 99 Alumnae featured in Changed by Women, a project that gathers the stories of women who have pursued their dreams. Cecilia has shown an extraordinary sense of belonging to the University and Alumni Community over the years. For over 10 years, she was Team Member of the London Chapter before joining the Bologna Chapter in 2018. She also contributed to the reestablishment of the Modena Chapter in 2023. As new Leader of the Bologna Chapter, she wishes to strengthen engagement by proposing a diverse offer that can appeal to the widest possible audience, involving young Alumni and collaborating with neighboring Chapters.

FRANCESCA ROSSI 
Miami Chapter

• General Management, 2007

Already Team Member and Deputy Leader of the Miami Chapter, Francesca has actively contributed to the development of the Chapter by managing the organization of events, including the 2023 Americas Regional Leaders' Meeting.
Some of her objectives as new Leader include: expanding the Community through development of strategic partnerships with other Associations, strengthening Chapter fundraising, and defining a value proposition oriented towards the themes of Diversity & Inclusion, entrepreneurship and female leadership.

FRANCESCA COLONI
New York City Chapter

• Economics and Management of Financial Institutions and Markets, 1997

Francesca co-founded the Madrid Chapter in 2005/2006, and has been Team Member of the New York City Chapter since 2019. Here she has served as Head of Fundraising, achieving ambitious fundraising goals. Since 2023, she has been treasurer of Friends of Bocconi, an organization that supports the University through its programs of fundraising and Alumni relations in the United States. 
As Leader, Francesca hopes to enrich the Mentoring program with the introduction of Reverse Mentoring and promote networking meetings and events with prominent speakers. She also aims to create connections with other chapters to achieve fundraising goals, thus contributing to the success of the American Fund.

ANDREA GRAF-MARSCHALLEK
Vienna Chapter

• Product Owner - Adobe Web Platform, Wienerberger AG
• International Economics, Management and Finance, 2013

Team Member since 2017, Andrea takes over leadership of the Vienna Community with the goal of consolidating the milestones achieved by the Chapter, to which he has actively contributed over the years. During his mandate he wishes to continue the Chapter’s numerous activities, proposing a wide range of offers such as seminars, lectures and leisure activities.

CHIARA BERLENDI 
Fashion Luxury Design Topic Group

• Principal – Fashion and Luxury Consultant, Consumer Practice, Heidrick & Struggles Italy 
• Economics and Management in Arts, Culture and Media, 2010

Team Member of the Fashion Luxury Design Topic Group since 2016, Chiara has always supported its activities and events as its right-hand woman.
Particularly passionate about creating connections and value for players in the Fashion, Luxury and Design sectors, she now takes the lead of the Topic Group with great enthusiasm.
As Leader, Chiara aims to develop a calendar full of events with a focus on the international scene and C-suite keynote speakers.
